All orders received are subject to acceptance by Alternative Vision Corporation.  Submission of an order via the AVC Emporium website does not commit us to ship.

We recommend strongly that you discuss your requirements with us before ordering.

AVC Emporium accepts only PayPal for on-line payments.  Shipments can be made only to the address in the PayPal record. 

To pay directly by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, fax credit card details to 520-844-6332.  We do not accept credit card information through the web or in e-mails and we do not retain credit card information electronically. 

Orders may be shipped on open account only on approved credit.  All open account orders require purchase orders incorporating our terms of sale.

AVC accepts PayPal and credit card orders only from the United States.  All orders from outside the US must be prepaid by wire.  Send us the order and we will reply with the wire information.

Products are not returnable unless a return policy is included in the individual product listing. 

Prepayments are not refundable.
